250 2 stroke or 450

First post here, and looking on some opinions. Debating on going for a 450 or keeping my yz250. Little back round, I’m 5’ 10” and 190 lbs, I have about 5 years riding experience. A couple 250f and now been on a yz250 for two years now. Ride a lot of heavy sand. Would like to do more track riding. So should I Keep the yz250 or go to the 450? The yz has  good power but I do not find it I overwhelming for the most part.
